Exciting Full‑Time Family Nurse Practitioner Opportunity in Sylacauga, Alabama! Main Street Family Care is growing and looking to hire a fast, fun, and friendly FNP to join our team full time. You will provide patient‑focused care in an urgent care setting, helping patients feel better quickly.

What makes this opportunity unique? You’ll have full scope of practice, leading a small team in a high‑volume urgent‑care environment. Our clinics support rural communities with extended hours, reduced ER costs, and tuition reimbursement grants for qualifying providers.

This is an incredible chance for early‑career FNPs—including brand‑new graduates. After on‑site orientation, you’ll train with experienced providers and receive ongoing support such as pediatric urgent‑care CE, 24/7 on‑call NP assistance, and career‑growth guidance.

• Diagnosing and treating cold, flu, strep, COVID, and other upper respiratory issues
• Performing minor procedures (toenail removal, foreign object removal, etc.)
• Suturing and splinting
• Managing general orthopedic evaluations and treatments
• Over‑reading x‑rays in collaboration with a radiologist
• Providing general dermatology and eye problem care
• Interpreting general EKGs
• Executing emergency management skills
• Offering general GYN expertise
• Treating children of all ages
• Managing occupational medicine cases
• Conducting telemedicine visits

Clinic Hours (extended, 7‑day week)
Monday – Friday: 8:00 a.m. – 8:00 p.m.
Saturday and Sunday: 9:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m.

Rotating schedule (every other weekend):

• Week 1:
  Monday (On), Tuesday (On), Wednesday (Off), Thursday (Off), Friday (On), Saturday (On), Sunday (On).
• Week 2:
  Monday (Off), Tuesday (Off), Wednesday (On), Thursday (On), Friday (Off), Saturday (Off), Sunday (Off).

• Family Nurse Practitioner Board Certification required.
• MSN or higher education required (new graduates welcome).
• DOT certification or willingness to obtain DOT certification (cost covered).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience with EMR systems and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, etc.) preferred.
