Adoration Health is seeking a dedicated Home Health LPN to join our Sylacauga team. You will provide compassionate, patient-centered care in clients' homes, following individualized plans of care and maintaining patient dignity and independence.
The ideal candidate holds an LPN/LVN license with CPR and at least 1 year of nursing experience, preferably in home health. This full-time role offers a Monday–Friday schedule (8–5) with coverage area including St. Clair, Talladega, and Coosa counties.
