• Master's or Doctoral degree in School Psychology from an accredited institution
• State licensure or eligibility to obtain School Psychologist certification in North Carolina
• Experience delivering psychological services in K-12 public school environments
• Strong background in conducting assessments, evaluations, and interventions
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams
• Commitment to supporting diverse student populations

• Perform psychological assessments and evaluations to identify learning and behavioral needs
• Develop, implement, and monitor individualized educational plans (IEPs)
• Provide direct counseling and intervention services to students
• Consult with teachers, administrators, and families to support academic and personal student goals
• Support crisis intervention and program planning initiatives
• Maintain accurate records and documentation according to school and district guidelines
