Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) – Maggie Valley (Haywood County), NC
Glow Forward ABA is seeking passionate and dedicated Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to join our growing team! We are committed to helping children and families thrive through evidence-based ABA therapy. Compensation &
Schedule:
Pay: $22 – $26/hour (based on experience)
Hours: Full-time or part-time
Shifts: Schedules are based on client availability with M-F schedules and multiple clients available
Location: Currently staffing cases in Maggie Valley (Haywood County), NC (In-Home and in school Services)

What You’ll Do as a Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs):
Provide 1:1 ABA therapy in-home, in-school
Follow treatment plans created by a BCBA
Track and document client progress
Collaborate with families and team members
Create a safe, positive, and supportive environment
What We’re Looking For:
Active Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) certification (or willingness to obtain with company support)
40-hour RBT training required (if willing to complete it; resources available upon request)
High School Diploma or equivalent (college preferred)
Experience with children (required)
Experience with ABA therapy a plus (not required)
Ability to pass background check
Reliable transportation for local travel
