How you’ll contribute- Under the supervision of a provider, assists with performing patient assessments and treatments.
- Performs basic diagnostic procedures and specimen collection; monitors and communicates regarding changes in patient condition.
- Documents patient care given.
- Maintains examination areas.
- Maintains equipment and medical supplies, stocking, cleaning, and troubleshooting.
- Performs administrative or clerical duties as assigned, including filing, reception, scheduling, data entry, and patient registration.
- Completes other tasks, within scope of position, as delegated by practice leads, supervisors, managers or Market Director.

- Certified or registered medical assistant with a current state certification.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Certifications:
AHA Basic Life Support (BLS) within 90 days of hire. - Critical thinking skills, decisive judgment, ability to work with minimal supervision and in a stressful environment.
- Previous medical office experience preferred.
- Knowledge of medical terminology preferred.
- 1 year minimum of CMA experience.
