Registered Nurse (RN) - House Supervisor
Schedule: Full‑Time, Nights. Holidays and Weekends Required.

As a Registered Nurse (RN) joining our team, you will provide 24‑hour coordination of patient placement, working closely with all departments, Medical Staff, and Administration to maximize the use of hospital resources and deliver quality patient care.
Responsibilities- Accurately perform patient assessments and identify patient needs.
- Identify and initiate appropriate nursing interventions.
- Provide care appropriate to the condition and age of the patient.
- Perform timely and appropriate documentation relating to medical necessity in the medical record.
- Complete and revise the Interdisciplinary Care Plan for each patient.
- Perform timely and accurate QI assessments.

Applicants should have a current Registered Nurse licensure in the State of North Carolina or a compact state. Additional requirements include:
- Education:
Baccalaureate degree in nursing (BSN) from an accredited school of nursing is preferred. - Experience:
A minimum of four years of acute care nursing practice, including sufficient clinical and management experience to ensure competence.
- Current licensure as a registered nurse in the State of North Carolina.
- AHA BLS must be current upon acceptance of position.
- AHA ACLS certification within 1 year of hire and maintained thereafter.
- AHA PALS certification within 1 year of hire and maintained thereafter.
