LPN Travel - $1400/weekly - $40/hr- TX ($250 Bonus)
Location:
Lubbock, TX
Shift: 5x8 Mid Shifts (2:00 PM – 10:00 PM)
Duration: 13 Weeks
Schedule:
40 Hours per Week
Pay: $35 to $40/hourly
Job SummaryWe are seeking a skilled and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN/LVN) to join our team at a Skilled Nursing facility. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in direct patient care and be proficient in performing clinical nursing procedures.
Key Responsibilities- Provide direct patient care, including medication administration and treatments
- Educate patients on medications and care plans
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient information
- Perform computer data entry (training will be provided)
- Monitor patient conditions and report any changes to the healthcare team
- Assist with and perform advanced nursing skills as required
- Active Texas LPN License
- Recent LPN Experience
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Pay: $35 to $40/hourly
