Position: Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Women's Clinic

Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) – Women's Clinic

Job Type: Full Time | Days. Sign‑On Bonus: $10,000 for Day Shift with a 2‑year commitment for eligible candidates.

Schedule:

Day shift (8 a.m. – 5 p.m.), weekdays. Closed weekends and major holidays.

Join a team of healthcare professionals in an office that provides comprehensive care services to patients of all ages, including routine checkups, illness management, preventative care, and minor procedures. We are committed to personalized, high‑quality care in a friendly and welcoming environment.

Responsibilities
  • Assist providers with preparation and documentation of the patient's visit, including obtaining vitals, medical history, and other pertinent information.
  • Prepare exam rooms for patients.
  • Assist providers with procedures as directed.
  • Assist with collection of lab samples.
  • Give injections, administer medications, and provide wound care as ordered by the provider.
  • Document all care and education in the medical record.
Qualifications
  • Current North Carolina or compact state Licensed Practical Nurse license.
  • Associate's degree from an accredited nursing school.
  • AHA Basic Life Support certification within 30 days of hire.
  • AHA ACLS and PALS certifications within six months of hire.
  • One year of experience preferred.
  • Critical‑thinking skills, decisive judgment, and ability to work with minimal supervision.
  • Ability to work in a stressful environment and take appropriate action.
