Registered Nurse – Home Health

Pride Health is hiring a Registered Nurse – Home Health for a 13-week contract in Sylva, NC.

Responsibilities Include:

• Provide skilled nursing care during home health visits, including assessments, medication management, and care coordination.
• Complete patient visits and collaborate with the care team to support patient needs.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and complete required assessments.
• Travel throughout the assigned coverage area to provide patient care;
  Jackson and Swain County service areas.

Qualifications:

• Active North Carolina Registered Nurse (RN) license.
• Home Health field experience required.
• OASIS documentation experience preferred.
• HCHB experience preferred.

• On-Call Requirement:
  Rotating on-call coverage (Monday 4:30 PM–Monday 8:00 AM)

  Jackson & Swain Counties
• Mileage Reimbursement:
  Yes, between patient visits
• Pay Range: $53.00–$57.00/hour
