Health Keeperz is seeking a CAP Registered Nurse (RN) for part-time/PRN work delivering in-home nursing assessments in North Carolina. The role follows a unit-pay model with travel-based compensation and mileage reimbursement.
The RN will perform CNR and COS assessments, update care plans in the E-CAP EMR, and coordinate with CAP Case Managers and families to ensure quality, compliant care. Reliable transportation and a NC RN license are required.
