DescriptionOur Lead Associates provide store leadership in the absence of Store Manager/ Assistant to the Manager, demonstrating commitment to friendly customer service and teamwork. Must show integrity and resourcefulness and enjoy a varied and very fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities- Close store, reconcile cash with daily sales reports, and secure facility for night.
- Prepare and maintain records of store operations including daily sales reports, cash deposits, opening/closing reports, and conduct inspections when necessary.
- Cash register/customer service.
- Receive, price and stock donations. Receivers may occasionally lift and carry up to 50 pounds, frequently lift and carry 10 to 35 pounds.
- Hang, inspect, and tag textile & clothing in a production style setting.
High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
ExperienceLead or supervisory experience required.
HoursAssociates should be available to work most store hours, especially evenings and weekends. Stores open Monday through Saturday 10am to 8pm, opening at 11am on Sunday.
Pay$16.50
