** True North Roofing is expanding our footprint in Jackson and Haywood Counties. We aren't looking for a "marketing strategist" we are looking for a Field Sales Rep who wants to escape the 9-to-5 trap and build a serious income.

We provide the training, the brand, and the leads. You provide the hustle. If you are comfortable on a roof, unafraid of rejection, and want to be paid based on your results, not your time, this is for you.

. 100% Commission. At True North Roofing , we are expanding our high-end roofing operations into Sylva and Waynesville. We are looking for one "hunter" to become the face of our brand in this territory.

* What You Will Actually Do:**

• *
  * Hunt:
  ** Scout neighborhoods for storm damage and generate new business in the Waynesville/Sylva market.
• *
  * Inspect:
  ** Conduct forensic roof inspections (climbing ladders is required) to identify wind and hail damage.
• *
  * Consult:
  ** Sit down with homeowners, explain our process, their roofing options, and sign the build contract.
• *
  * Manage:
  ** Be the point of contact for your client from the first inspection to the final nail.
