• Minimum 1 year experience as an HVAC Technician
• Familiar with diagnosis and repair of Heating & Air Conditioning systems including heat pumps, air handlers, gas furnaces, ductless systems, ductwork, humidifiers, dehumidifiers, thermostats and zone controls, etc.
• Professional and positive in communication – Happy customers and coworkers are your job as much as technical skills.
• Valid Driver's License
• Live within 45 minutes of Sylva, NC
• Have or be able to quickly obtain EPA Certification to handle refrigerants (we offer in‑house course prep and proctoring of Exam)
• Eager to earn, including using technology (iPad, Sophisticated dispatch software, etc)
