• Pay Range: $28.47 - $39.49+ per hour

  Must live within 45 minutes of Sylva, NC
• Schedule:
  
  Day shift, Weekday to weekend options, On‑call, Overtime, Weekend availability

• Minimum 1 year experience as an HVAC Technician
• Familiarity with diagnosis and repair of heating & air conditioning systems (heat pumps, air handlers, gas furnaces, ductless systems, ductwork, humidifiers, dehumidifiers, thermostats, zone controls, etc.)
• Professional, positive communication style with customers and coworkers
• Valid driver’s license
• Ability to obtain EPA certification for refrigerant handling (in‑house prep and exam proctoring provided)
• Eagerness to earn and use technology (iPad, advanced dispatch software, etc.)
