ROLE DESCRIPTION
State Farm is looking to hire a full-time or part-time Agent Team Member. As an Agent Team Member you'll provide service & sales support to existing customers and prospects.
RESPONSIBILITIES- Establish customer relationships with appropriate follow up
- Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service
- Service can include responding to inquiries regarding insurance availability, coverages, policy changes, transfers, payments & billing clarification.
- Must possess a current Ohio property & casualty license
- Dedicated to customer service & accuracy
- Sales experience (not required but a plus)
- Flexible schedule for part-time employment
- Bi-Monthly Pay
- Paid holidays & paid vacation for full-time employment
