• Monday-Thursday, 2:00 PM-10:00 PM OR
• Tuesday-Thursday, 2:00 PM-10:00 PM
• Friday-Saturday, 8:30 AM-4:30 PM

As an Esthetics Instructor, you'll bring our industry-leading curriculum to life through engaging classroom instruction, hands-on demonstrations, and one-on-one coaching.

You'll help students master esthetics fundamentals and advanced techniques while building the confidence and professionalism needed for long-term success.

In this role, you will:

• Teach facials, skincare treatments, and advanced esthetic techniques
• Guide students through hands-on learning experiences
• Provide coaching, feedback, and mentorship
• Foster a positive, encouraging learning environment
• Support student growth both professionally and personally
• Collaborate with fellow educators who share your passion for excellence
• Continue growing your own knowledge through ongoing training and development

We're seeking someone who loves the beauty industry and is excited to help others build successful careers within it.

• Active Ohio Esthetician Instructor License
• Experience performing facials, utilizing esthetic equipment, and machine-based treatments
• Strong communication and classroom management skills
• Comfortable using technology and instructional tools
• A collaborative, team-oriented mindset
• Exceptional customer service skills
• Patience, empathy, and a genuine desire to help others succeed
• A passion for education and the Paul Mitchell culture
