What You'll Do
Every day brings the opportunity to make an impact.
As a Cosmetology Educator, you'll guide students through both the artistic and technical aspects of cosmetology while preparing them for successful careers in the beauty industry.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Delivering engaging classroom and hands-on instruction
- Demonstrating cutting, coloring, styling, and cosmetology techniques
- Providing individualized coaching and feedback
- Helping students build confidence and professional habits
- Preparing students for their state board examinations
- Creating a supportive, positive, and engaging learning environment
- Collaborating with fellow educators to deliver an exceptional educational experience
You'll serve as a mentor, coach, and role model while helping students discover their strengths and develop their talents.
Schedule
We offer flexible scheduling based on availability, with classes running:
Monday-Thursday: 8:30 AM - 10:00 PM
Friday & Saturday: 8:30 AM - 4:30 PM
What We're Looking For
We're seeking someone who is passionate about cosmetology, education, and empowering others to succeed.
Qualifications:
- Active Ohio Instructor's License
- Flexibility with scheduling
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- A positive and encouraging attitude
