Travel LTAC Registered Nurse (RN) – Sylvania, OH
Contract: 13 Weeks | Nights | 3x12s | Start ASAP
Location: Sylvania, Ohio
Setting: Long‑Term Acute Care (LTAC)
Schedule: 3x12s, Nights

• Deliver high-quality patient care and ensure the nursing care plan is followed.
• Perform nursing assessments within 8 hours of admission.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to identify care goals and develop individualized plans.
• Provide patient updates for care team meetings and participate in weekly re‑evaluations.
• Document assessments, interventions, and outcomes in accordance with policy.
• Support rehabilitation efforts and patient/family education to promote optimal outcomes.
• Initiate and maintain discharge planning from admission.
• Communicate effectively across shifts and roles to ensure patient safety and continuity of care.
• Supervise LPNs, CNAs, and orientees.
• Participate in team building, equipment management, and unit improvement efforts.
• Follow all safety protocols including Safe Patient Handling and Infection Control.
• Assume charge nurse responsibilities as requested after orientation.

• Active RN license (OH or compact)
• BLS required; ACLS preferred
• Minimum 1 year of recent LTAC or ICU experience strongly preferred
• Strong documentation, clinical judgment, and critical thinking skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team‑based, fast‑paced environment

Human Edge Travel Healthcare Job . Pay package is based on 12‑hour shifts and 36 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with tax‑free stipend amount to be determined.
