SLEEP TECH; Rpsgt- Sleep Medicine- Nights​/Wk, shifts

Toledo Clinic's Pulmonary and Sleep Medicine Department located in Sylvania OH is seeking a Registered (RPSGT) Sleep Technician.

This position is full-time, 4 nights per week (7:30pm-5:30am). This includes weekends as needed.

Manually analyzes testing as directed. Works under the supervision of the attending physician and Office Manager.

• Provide patient education regarding the sleep test.
• Select appropriate equipment and calibrate for testing.
• Apply electrodes and sensors according to standards.
• Perform routine PAP fitting and desensitization.
• Analyzes sleep testing data accurately and in a timely fashion as directed by the Office Physician.
• Other duties as assigned.

• Previous experience in a sleep lab.
• Adheres to CLIA and OSHA regulations.
• Consistently arrives at work, in professional attire, on time and completes all tasks within established time frame.
• Seeks appropriate tasks when primary tasks are completed and assists co-workers as needed.
• Demonstrates adaptability to expanded roles.
• Certification by a nationally recognized certification board and holds either the Registered Polysomnographic Technologist (RPSGT) or Registered Sleep Technologist (RST).
• Adheres to all clinic policies and procedures
• Experience scoring sleep studies.
