Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA)

Concept Rehab is seeking a Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) for Part-Time and PRN opportunities in a skilled nursing facility.

Part-Time Position

• Approximately 3–4 hours per day, 5 days per week
• Consistent weekday schedule

PRN Position

• Flexible weekday and weekend scheduling
• Ideal for clinicians seeking supplemental income or greater scheduling flexibility

Requirements

What You'll Do: Under the supervision of a Licensed Physical Therapist:

• Provide treatment per established care plans
• Collaborate with PT's, families, and care teams
• Maintain accurate electronic documentation
• Educate staff and families on care programs

Qualifications:

• Active PTA license in the state of practice
• Strong clinical judgment, communication skills, and patient-focused mindset
