Job Summary:
As the Clinical Pharmacist I, you provide comprehensive inpatient pharmacy services, including drug distribution, IV admixture preparation, medication therapy management, drug information dissemination, and compliance with controlled substance regulations. Responsible for direct supervision of pharmacy support personnel. Actively fosters an environment of patient, family, physician, and staff satisfaction while focusing on Pro Medica’s Mission and this role, you directly supervise pharmacy support personnel.

SCHEDULEEvening shifts2 holidays per year REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
Education:
PharmD degree or BSPharm with post-2006 experience.
Skills:
Ability to communicate with teammates, ability to manipulate sterile and non-sterile products as needed for compounding, ability to utilize electronic health record
License:
Must be a registered pharmacist, licensed in good standing in Michigan and Ohio. Single facility-based pharmacists must retain state licensure per site location.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Skills:
Prefer experience in hospital pharmacy services including unit dose, IV admixtures, and fielding provider questions.
