Role at a Glance:

As a Recruiter, you'll be at the forefront of our talent acquisition efforts. Your drive and energy will shine as you identify and engage with potential candidates, ensuring a seamless journey throughout the recruitment process.

What You'll Do:

  • Source and assess candidates across various roles, putting your keen eye for potential to good use.
  • Keep our applicant tracking system organized, ensuring no candidate is left behind.
  • Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand their needs and preferences.
  • Schedule and manage candidate interviews with finesse.
  • Provide timely updates to candidates, leaving them with a positive impression of our company.
  • Turn job offers into "Welcome to the Family" moments.
  • This is a Monday-Friday 8am-5pm position in our Sylvania, OH office.

Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of experience showcasing a knack for delivering top-notch customer service.
  • Unparalleled charisma and communication skills ensuring positive and lasting connections with both clients and candidates.
  • A talent for staying organized, even in the face of multiple moving parts.
  • Thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
  • Comfortable with recruitment tools and software.
  • Valid driver’s license.
  • High school diploma or GED.
