The customer experienced significant wind damage to both the exterior and attic of their property. This included damage to the roof, requiring a temporary tarping solution, and structural issues within the attic, evident by exposed insulation and internal wiring. Additionally, a light pole in the exterior parking lot was downed due to the wind.

Cousin Restoration responded to the wind damage, implementing immediate protective measures such as installing a tarp over the compromised roof section to prevent further water intrusion and mitigate ongoing damage. We assessed the extensive structural and electrical damage in the attic, developing a comprehensive plan for interior and exterior repairs. The repair scope will address the damaged roof, attic structure, and the fallen exterior light pole, restoring the property to its pre-loss condition.
