Kingston Residence of Sylvania is hiring a Unit Supervisor (RN) to oversee our Assisted Living and Senior Care team. In this role, you’ll provide guidance to staff, support residents, and ensure high standards of care in a welcoming, home‑like environment in Sylvania, Ohio.

Lead and mentor LPNs, CNAs, and Resident Assistants in our assisted living community

Develop, review, and oversee individualized care plans that prioritize resident safety and dignity

Ensure compliance with Ohio nursing regulations, infection control protocols, and resident rights

Partner with physicians, therapists, and interdisciplinary team members to coordinate quality care

Communicate with residents and families, offering updates, support, and reassurance

Encourage teamwork, provide training, and contribute to a positive workplace culture
