RN Unit Supervisor – Assisted Living & Senior Care | Kingston Residence of Sylvania, OH

Full-Time | Nursing Leadership | Ohio RN License Required

Are you a Registered Nurse (RN) ready to step into a leadership role in a supportive, resident-first community? Kingston Residence of Sylvania is hiring a Unit Supervisor (RN) to oversee our Assisted Living and Senior Care team. In this role, you’ll provide guidance to staff, support residents, and ensure high standards of care in a welcoming, home-like environment in Sylvania, Ohio.

• Lead and mentor LPNs, CNAs, and Resident Assistants in our assisted living community
• Develop, review, and oversee individualized care plans that prioritize resident safety and dignity
• Ensure compliance with Ohio nursing regulations, infection control protocols, and resident rights
• Partner with physicians, therapists, and interdisciplinary team members to coordinate quality care
• Communicate with residents and families, offering updates, support, and reassurance
• Encourage teamwork, provide training, and contribute to a positive workplace culture

• Active Ohio Registered Nurse (RN) license
• Leadership or supervisory nursing experience preferred (Charge Nurse, RN Supervisor, or similar)
• Assisted living, senior care, or long-term care background a plus
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
