* As the Manager, Senior Inpatient Rehabilitation, you provide leadership for the patient care area.

In this role, you plan and direct daily operations to coordinate organization, hospital, and unit goals.

REQUIREMENTS

Education:

Bachelor's degree (BSN) in Nursing

Skills:

Must be able to move about hospital and between workstations; and prolonged periods of standing. Must be able to understand directions, communicate, and respond to inquiries; requireseffective interpersonal skills. Must be able to work in an office and/or patient care areas, may require extended hoursand/or weekends to meet commitments and deadlines. Requiresmoderate physical effort and may be exposed to infectious diseases, blood, and other bodily fluids.

3-5 years' experience in patient care area.

+ License:must have a valid nursing license in the state of practice
