Job Summary:
As the RN Clinical Supervisor, you provide leadership of clinical staff in the Pro Medica Physicians division. You will work closely with medical leadership to ensure smooth facility operations while providing high-quality service.
You will plan and implement staff development activities, including individual coaching and guidance and educational programming.
In this role, you will ensure routine processes are in place to keep appropriate supply inventory and monitor the budget performance.

Requirements:
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing (RN)
- Valid registered nursing license to practice in appropriate state of work
- 2 years of progressively responsible supervisory and administrative experience
- Must meet ACLS certification with 6 (six) months of hire
Preferred Requirements:
- BSN degree
