** is seeking a Psychiatric

Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) in Sylvania, Ohio.

Key Responsibilities:

+ Conduct comprehensive psychiatric evaluations, diagnoses, and risk assessments.

+ Develop and manage individualized treatment plans, including psychotropic medication management.

+ Respond to psychiatric emergencies and provide crisis intervention.

+ Collaborate with psychiatrists and an interdisciplinary care team to ensure exceptional patient outcomes.

+ Document care in accordance with regulatory and organizational standards.

Qualifications:

+ Board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC).

+ Current RN license, DEA registration, and BLS certification (ACLS preferred).

+ Inpatient psychiatry or acute behavioral health experience preferred.

+ Strong clinical judgment, communication skills, and commitment to compassionate, patient-centered care.
