Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner

Pro Medica Physicians Group (PPG) is seeking a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) in Sylvania, Ohio.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive psychiatric evaluations, diagnoses, and risk assessments.
• Develop and manage individualized treatment plans, including psychotropic medication management.
• Respond to psychiatric emergencies and provide crisis intervention.
• Collaborate with psychiatrists and an interdisciplinary care team to ensure exceptional patient outcomes.
• Document care in accordance with regulatory and organizational standards.

Qualifications:

• Board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC).
• Current RN license, DEA registration, and BLS certification (ACLS preferred).
• Inpatient psychiatry or acute behavioral health experience preferred.
• Strong clinical judgment, communication skills, and commitment to compassionate, patient-centered care.
