LPN; Licensed Practical Nurse Sylvania Health Care Center

We are seeking compassionate Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to provide high-quality nursing care in a supportive environment.

• Conducting assessments, reporting changes, and documenting findings
• Managing admissions and discharges, including completing assessments, documentation, and coordinating care
• Providing wound care following protocols
• Leading and supervising CNAs and CMTs to ensure compliance with policies
• Responding effectively to emergency situations

• Valid LPN licensure/certification

• Dependability, clinical competence, and compassionate approach
• Ability to work collaboratively with an interdisciplinary team
