** What You’ll Be Doing
*** Learn and apply consultative sales techniques to support customers and grow market share
* Build strong relationships with customers, internal teams, and operations partners
* Support pricing, quoting, and order coordination to ensure a positive customer experience
* Analyze sales data and market trends to identify growth opportunities
* Participate in structured training and field experiences to develop sales capability

* Curiosity and motivation to learn the aggregates business and sales process
* Ability to analyze information and apply sound judgment
* Comfort working collaboratively in a fast-paced environment

** Work Environment
** This role combines office, field, and customer-facing interactions. Travel within the assigned territory is required. Work is performed in a professional office setting as well as aggregate production and construction environments, with appropriate safety training and equipment provided.
