Sales Representative, Business Development, Sales Development Rep/SDR
Learn and apply consultative sales techniques to support customers and grow market share
Build strong relationships with customers, internal teams, and operations partners
Support pricing, quoting, and order coordination to ensure a positive customer experience
Analyze sales data and market trends to identify growth opportunities
Participate in structured training and field experiences to develop sales capability
This role combines office, field, and customer-facing interactions. Travel within the assigned territory is required. Work is performed in a professional office setting as well as aggregate production and construction environments, with appropriate safety training and equipment provided.
