Reporting to the Production Supervisor/Plant Manager/QA Manager, the Quality Sorter will assume responsibility for removing all foreign material from the product.

Reporting to the Production Supervisor/Plant Manager/QA Manager, the Quality Sorter will assume responsibility for removing all foreign material from the product.

• Inspect the product on the picking table and remove all foreign material.
• Provide the QA Inspector and the Production Supervisor with all foreign material found on the sorting table during your shift.
• See that all equipment is safely used and maintained, notifying your supervisor if a problem occurs with the picking table.
• You are responsible for the quality of our product.
• You are responsible for performing your job by the GMP Rules, Sanitation, and Quality & Food Safety Programs.
• Do not wear long sleeves at the picking table.
• Keep all areas assigned to you on the sanitation schedule maintained.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• High School Diploma or a general education degree (GED) is preferred.
• One to three years of related experience and/or training is preferred, not required.
