The BDC Sales Manager is responsible for leading, coaching, and monitoring the dealership’s Internet sales team. This role oversees daily BDC operations, ensures consistent follow-up on leads, drives appointment setting and show rates, and aligns BDC performance with dealership sales objectives and customer experience standards. • Previous automotive BDC, internet sales, or sales leadership experience preferred.
• Strong understanding of CRM systems, lead management, and digital sales processes.
• Proven ability to coach, motivate, and lead a sales-focused team.
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to analyze performance data and drive continuous improvement.
• Professional demeanor and customer-first mindset.
• Ability to work flexible hours, and weekends as needed.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.
• Able to successfully pass a background screening, drug test, and motor vehicle record (MVR) check, as applicable.
