Time: 10:00 AM‑4:00 PM
Compensation: $40‑$50 per hour, Paid via W2 (on the books)
Additional Benefit: Vacation offered

A highly qualified and developmentally focused Nanny is sought to provide dedicated care for a four‑month‑old infant. This role requires a nurturing, engaged, and knowledgeable professional who understands early childhood development and can actively support the child’s physical, cognitive, and emotional growth. Bilingual Spanish speakers are encouraged to apply.
The ideal candidate will take full ownership of the infant’s daily care while maintaining a clean, organized, and developmentally stimulating environment.
Primary Responsibilities- Provide full daily care of a four‑month‑old infant.
- Bottle feeding and monitoring feeding schedules.
- Diaper changes and maintaining proper hygiene.
- Maintaining a safe, calm, and attentive environment at all times.
- Following established sleep routines and safe sleep protocols.
- Monitoring overall wellness and communicating any concerns promptly.
- Engaging in age‑appropriate play and developmental activities.
- Supporting developmental milestones (motor skills, sensory play, early language exposure).
- Implementing structured tummy time and movement development.
- Reading, singing, and interactive engagement to encourage cognitive growth.
- Creating a warm, responsive, and emotionally secure environment.
- Maintaining nursery cleanliness and organization.
- Laundry for the baby, including clothing, bedding, and linens.
- Organization of the baby’s clothing and supplies.
- Cleaning and tidying the baby’s room and play area daily.
- Cleaning and sanitizing baby’s toys and feeding items regularly.
- Monitoring baby‑related inventory and restocking needs (diapers, wipes, formula, etc.).
- Ensuring all baby equipment and gear remain clean and properly maintained.
- Keeping all child‑related areas orderly and guest‑ready.
- Sterilizing bottles and feeding equipment.
- Maintaining organized diapering and feeding stations.
- Rotating toys and supplies appropriately.
- Strong understanding of infant developmental stages.
- Attentive, nurturing, and emotionally intelligent.

- Reliable, punctual, and consistent.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Early Childhood Education, Child Development, Nursing, Psychology, or related field, or professional childcare certifications (CDA, NCS, Infant Care Specialist, or equivalent).
- Minimum 3+ years of professional infant care experience.
- Infant CPR and First Aid certified.
- Valid driver’s license with clean driving record.
- Excellent professional references.
