Construction Project Manager

Lead construction projects from planning through project completion.

Develop and manage project schedules using Primavera P6 or similar scheduling software.

Coordinate contractors, subcontractors, clients, and project stakeholders.

Manage project budgets, cost controls, and forecasting.

Prepare and review construction estimates and resource plans.

Interpret construction drawings, blueprints, contracts, and specifications.

Utilize construction management software for documentation, reporting, and project tracking.

Monitor project progress and resolve issues impacting schedule or budget.

Conduct site inspections to ensure safety, quality, and regulatory compliance.

Ensure compliance with applicable building codes and construction regulations.

Coordinate workflow and resource allocation across multiple project sites.

Lead project meetings and provide regular status updates to stakeholders.

Manage project documentation, change orders, and project closeout activities.

Maintain high standards for safety, quality, and operational efficiency.

Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Engineering, or a related field preferred.

Proven experience managing commercial or infrastructure construction projects.

Experience managing multiple construction sites and project teams.

Strong knowledge of construction scheduling and project controls.

Proficiency with Primavera P6 or similar scheduling software.

Experience using Procore, Bluebeam, Heavy Bid, or comparable construction management software.

Strong understanding of construction estimating and cost management.

Ability to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, contracts, and specifications.

Knowledge of OSHA safety standards, building codes, and regulatory compliance.

Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.

Strong Microsoft Office skills.
