Job Role s and Responsibilities

Oversee daily construction site operations.

Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and field personnel.

Ensure projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget.

Monitor compliance with OSHA safety regulations, building codes, and company policies.

Conduct regular site inspections and identify quality or safety concerns.

Resolve field issues and coordinate corrective actions.

Communicate project progress with Project Managers, clients, and stakeholders.

Manage project schedules and workforce planning.

Maintain daily reports, project documentation, and site records.

Monitor project quality and ensure compliance with contract specifications.

Coordinate material deliveries and site logistics.

Support project scheduling and resource allocation.

Ensure a clean, organized, and safe job site.

High School Diploma or equivalent required;
Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field preferred.

5+ years of construction supervision or superintendent experience preferred.

Experience managing commercial, industrial, or civil construction projects.

Strong knowledge of OSHA safety standards and building codes.

Experience coordinating subcontractors and field crews.

Ability to read blueprints, drawings, and construction specifications.

Strong scheduling and workforce management skills.

Excellent communication and leadership abilities.

Proficiency with Microsoft Office and construction management software is preferred.

OSHA 30 certification preferred.
