The Syosset Central School District seeks a leave replacement Technology Education Teacher for South Woods and H.B. Thompson Middle Schools for the beginning of the school year. The successful candidate must possess the following qualifications:
Hold NYSED certification in Technology Education required
Prior successful experience teaching technology education at the middle school level preferred
Exceptional skills integrating computer science and engineering in the curriculum
Expertise in differentiated instruction to support the success and growth of all students
Possess innovative skills using instructional technology
Exemplary organizational and multitasking abilities
Excellent listening, oral and written communication skills
Ability to collaborate with a highly respected faculty and staff
Salary per Syosset Teachers Association contract
