Senior Finance Manager —

Location:

Nassau County, NY (On-Site, 5 Days/Week);
Compensation: $150K base + 20% bonus;
Industry: Manufacturing;
Size: ~$500M Revenue, circa 1,000 employees;

Reports to:

CFO (dotted line to VP of Finance).

• Lead financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting across multi-site manufacturing operations.
• Build dynamic financial models and dashboards to identify profitability drivers and business trends.
• Own and improve management reporting – turning raw data into actionable insights for leadership.
• Support pricing, margin, and capital investment analysis.
• Help stand up and refine processes post-ERP go-live (MS Dynamics).
• Collaborate with the accounting team (still transitioning from Quick Books) to align actuals vs forecast.
• Use tools like Excel (pivots, lookups, advanced formulas) and Power
  
  BI to automate and enhance reporting.
• Work directly with the Director of Ops Finance and COO to support business and operational decision-making.

• 10+ years of progressive finance experience, including 5+ years in FP&A in a manufacturing setting.
• Strong understanding of what “good” looks like in management reporting and corporate finance.
• Hands-on mindset – you’ll be in the details and expected to roll up your sleeves.
• Strong Excel and financial modeling skills (Power
  
  BI and MS Dynamics experience required).
• Ability to analyze, interpret, and communicate data clearly and credibly.
• Some exposure to accounting and controllership work (ACC support) is a plus.
• Experience in both large, structured environments and smaller, more agile businesses is ideal.
• Must be comfortable working in a fast-paced, on-site environment (5 days/week presence required).
