Join BERGER BROS CAMERA EXCHANGE as a Full Charge Bookkeeper and play a crucial role in maintaining our financial health. We are looking for a detail-oriented individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is excited to contribute to our dynamic team. Ideal candidate will work 2-3 days a week in office. 11am-6pm (Flexible Hours)

• Manage daily financial transactions and maintain accurate financial records.
• Reconcile bank & credit card statements and ensure all accounts are up to date.
• Process camera rebates and price protection claim forms.
• Process payroll via ADP and ensure compliance with tax regulations.
• Handle accounts payable and receivable efficiently.
• Assist Accountant with financial reports and Sales Tax.
• Collaborate with management to improve financial processes.

• 3+ years of bookkeeping or accounting experience.
• Proficiency with Quick Books Desktop and ADP.
• Strong understanding of GAAP and financial regulations.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other office software.
