We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Mortgage Servicing / Foreclosure Processor to support the management of foreclosure and default servicing activities. This role is responsible for reviewing loan documentation, maintaining accurate records, coordinating with internal departments and external parties, and ensuring timely processing of foreclosure-related actions. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, has strong attention to detail, and can effectively manage multiple deadlines.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process and review foreclosure and default servicing documentation to ensure accuracy and completeness.
  • Maintain and update loan servicing records within servicing and document management systems.
  • Monitor foreclosure timelines and track critical milestones to ensure compliance with established requirements and deadlines.
  • Coordinate with attorneys, vendors, investors, and internal departments regarding foreclosure activities and documentation needs.
  • Prepare, review, and distribute correspondence related to default servicing and foreclosure processes.
  • Research and resolve documentation discrepancies, missing information, and file exceptions.
  • Maintain organized electronic and physical loan files in accordance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
  • Respond to inquiries from internal stakeholders and external parties regarding loan status and foreclosure processing.
  • Assist with reporting, audit requests, and quality control reviews as needed.
Qualifications
  • Previous experience in mortgage servicing, foreclosure processing, default servicing, loan administration, or a related field preferred.
  • Knowledge of foreclosure timelines, mortgage servicing practices, and loan documentation is a plus.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple files and deadlines simultaneously.
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in document review and data entry.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and document management systems.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a deadline-driven environment.
  • Experience with mortgage servicing platforms and foreclosure tracking systems is preferred but not required.
