Technical Analyst

Key Responsibilities

• Salesforce Administration

Serve as the primary administrator for Salesforce system administration, including configuration, maintenance, and enhancements.

• Document Management (M-Files)

Implement and manage M-Files document management systems. Contract-based engagement for this responsibility may be considered.

• Microsoft Systems Administration

Knowledge or certification as a Microsoft System/Domain Administrator.

• System & Network Security

Implement and maintain security standards; experience in security best practices is highly desirable.

• Programming

Develop applications using Visual Studio, preferably in Visual Basic .NET or Visual Cobol.

Experience with APIs and web resource integration is a strong plus.

• Office 365 Administration

Manage and maintain Office 365 tenant environments.

• End-User Support

Provide responsive technical support and troubleshooting for internal users across various systems.

Qualifications and Required Skills

• 3-5 years of experience in an Information Technology role supporting a cross-functional team in a B2B environment.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and critical-thinking skills
• High level of attention to detail and documentation discipline
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities independently
• Salesforce, Microsoft, and/or security certifications a plus
