• 1099 Compensation: $190 hr.

• ASC
• 3 ORs
• Case mix:
  Orthopedics and pain management
• Average case volume: 11 cases per day initially
• Typical day: 8-10 hours

• Active NY license
• BLS/ACLS/PALS
• Strong regional anesthesia skills
