Pediatric Nurse Care Coordinator; LPN Part-Time, Onsite

Mercy First in Syosset, NY is seeking a Nurse Care Coordinator (LPN or RN) to provide best-practice nursing care to our child and family clients. Under the Nursing Supervisor, you will work with birth families, foster parents, and the treatment team.

The role is part-time and onsite, with day hours 8am–4pm, Monday–Friday. Current NY license, CPR, child abuse and infection control training, and a valid driver’s license are required.
