Merchandiser, Retail

Southern Glazer's Wine & Spirits seeks a Merchandiser to support Retail Operations in Food & Beverage. You'll execute planograms, build displays, rotate stock, and ensure shelves are fully merchandised for key wine and spirits brands. Partner with Sales Representatives to support promotions, track inventory, maintain pricing and signage accuracy, and provide store-level insights. This role requires strong attention to detail, physical stamina, reliable transportation, and excellent communication while reflecting our culture of diversity, inclusion, and continuous learning.

Responsibilities

• Merchandise wine and spirits products according to planograms and brand standards
• Build and maintain attractive in-store displays and promotional features
• Ensure shelves are stocked, front-faced, priced, and properly signed
• Rotate inventory and monitor code dates to minimize out-of-code product
• Report inventory needs and store-level issues to Sales Representatives
• Support sales initiatives and promotional programs in assigned accounts
• Maintain merchandising equipment and adhere to safety guidelines
• Use handheld or mobile tools to document work and capture photos
• Communicate with store management to secure optimal product placement
• Drive between accounts reliably and represent the company professionally
