Field Service Technician for the Long Island area. Perform installation, maintenance, and preventative work on filtered water systems (bottle‑less coolers, ice machines, sparkling dispensers, coffee brewers). Provide positive customer service during site visits. Report to the Field Service Manager and operate a company vehicle. Training provided upon hire.

Schedule:

Monday‑Friday, 7:00 AM‑4:00 PM (may vary depending on market).

Pay: $25.52 – $26.00 (or more with experience).

• Troubleshoot and repair products.
• Change water filters, clean and sanitize water tanks, replace UV bulbs, and clear water lines.
• Visually inspect for leaks and malfunctions.
• Perform service agreement tasks and other job‑related duties as assigned.
• Follow company and customer safety policies and procedures.
• Maintain vehicle according to company maintenance policy.
• Use mechanical skills and basic tools to transport equipment to customer sites.
• Transfer customer and company information electronically.
• Show regular and reliable attendance.

• Experience in repair and maintenance.
• Technical school degree preferred.
• General computer skills required.
• Microsoft Office experience preferred.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to learn water‑cooler repair approaches.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment.
• Clean work record; able to pass a pre‑employment drug screen.
• Physical capacity to bend, squat, walk with heavy equipment, climb ladders, and lift 70+ pounds.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Must be at least 21 years old.
