This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual with a strong background in AR and/or AP with a good understanding of account management. The Accounting Clerk is responsible for analysis, researching, accounting entries and assisting the CFO with month and year-end closing.

• AR and/or AP applications and reconciliations.
• Balance AR and AP ensuring accuracy of accounts
• Research, analyze, and resolve AR and AP issues.
• Pay Vendors timely ensuring discounts are taken.
• Apply customer payments accurately
• Other duties as assigned by CFO and Management

• Minimum 2 years Accounting experience (AR and AP) required
• JE and GL experience helpful
• Understand GAAP
