What You'll Do:

• Manage day-to-day bookkeeping tasks including accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and bank reconciliations
• Prepare and maintain monthly financial statements, general ledger entries, and account reconciliations
• Support month-end and year-end close processes
• Collaborate with client finance teams to identify issues and streamline processes
• Provide support for budget preparation and financial reporting
• Maintain compliance with GAAP standards and client-specific procedures
• Work across a variety of environments — from small businesses to large corporate teams

What We're Looking For:

• 3+ years of bookkeeping experience, preferably across multiple industries
• Proficiency with Quick Books, Sage, Net Suite, or similar platforms
• Solid understanding of general accounting principles and payroll practices
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• A positive, adaptable attitude and passion for learning
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred
• Willingness to work onsite as needed based on client assignments
