Overview
MCV Law is seeking a part-time Bookkeeper with experience in entering daily deposits, client billing, journal entries, account reconciliation, A/P, A/R, billing, payroll, purchasing, and vendor management. This is an in-office position in the Syracuse Office. Monday - Friday 5 hours per day.
Responsibilities- Enter daily deposits
- Process client billing
- Prepare journal entries
- Perform account reconciliation
- Manage accounts payable (A/P) and accounts receivable (A/R)
- Handle vendor management
- Assist with payroll, purchasing, and related administrative duties
- AAS in Accounting or Business
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a service-related field
- Proficiency with Quick Books and Excel
- Advanced IT skills
