Compensation:
The pay for this position is $26.50 per hour - bi-weekly Benefits are available to full-time employees after 90 days of employment A 401(k) with a company match is available for full-time employees with 1 year of service on our eligibility dates Highlights:
This position is a contract assignment with potential to hire on permanently based upon attendance, performance, and business needs The required availability for this position is Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM This role is 100% onsite in Downtown Syracuse, NY Hours will fluctuate between 30–40 hours per week, with potential to become full-time Responsibilities:
Manage day-to-day office administrative operations Serve as the primary point of contact for building, facility, and vendor management Maintain office equipment, service schedules, and vendor contracts Manage office supply inventory and requisitions Establish and maintain office policies, procedures, and standards Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence (letters, memos, agendas) Coordinate appointments and travel arrangements Verify and process expense reports; allocate expenses to appropriate budgets Perform routine purchasing within company guidelines Maintain and update records and filing systems, including SAP data Handle incoming calls and emails, directing inquiries appropriately Requirements: 1–3 years of Office Manager or Administrative experience Associate’s degree OR 5–10 years of related experience Strong organizational and multitasking skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite Preferred:
